I am so hungry. I stayed on track today, and it was really hard when my coworkers ordered dinner and I had to sit and watch them eat it. Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic toast! My FAVORITE. Oh, it was painful. I am trying to string a few good days together so I can start losing again - these last ten days have been really hard and I have been so off track with my eating. And this week, I don't want to exercise. I haven't been getting up and going to the gym like I'm supposed to. Well, tomorrow is another day, so let's hope I don't hit the snooze, get in the gym, and eat sensibly.
