I need a NAP!!!
This weekend was so incredibly busy and tiring. After the work out I had at the office all week this kinda fit right in though. I'm feeling the change in my clothes from the inches dropping from the physical exhersion more than the lbs. I can work with this. I hope everyone had a wonderful even if it was exhausting weekend.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm incredibly proud of you too. Finding your Gluton Intolerance and doing something about it instead of ignoring it and continuing to be miserable. HUGS
