well impressed, i lost 300g. Had 4 bad days and 3 almost perfect days in a row. Got on the treadmill everyday for 30mins and also i am doing a 30 day challenge of squats so did that as well, and also did stair climbs everyday up and down my backstairs at home. Wasn't sure if i was going to lose as of the 4 bad days i had of eating but obviously all the exercise i did made up for it.
