My Sons birthday (eating out at a restaurant on the 15th and a party on the 17th) put a kink in my weight loss progress this week.

Today I am getting back on track :)

170.2 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
