Far fast day 2. Felt a little spacey last night. I was hungry yesterday but nothing I couldn't handle. Looking forward to seeing those lower numbers on the scale consistently. I want to hang out closer to 125 than 131. Also now that life has calmed down I want to focus on toning up. But that will have to wait until the fat fast is over. So here goes day 2. feeling ok this morning. I have a fairly busy day so that should help. Not sure yet if I will do a 4 or 5 day fast we will see how I feel on tuesday and what the scale says.
130.3 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
