When eating out, DO NOT ORDER THE FRIES. This works great and you really do not need them either. My favorite is a seared Tuna or Ahi on salad.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.2 lb a week
