Only down 1/2 pound. I got on the scale about 5 times to see if I could get a different weight. I did once (1/2 pound less) but it really didn't count. I know when I reach my goal I am still going to try to lose a few more so I have my "cushion".
126.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
