Yay, down 2 lbs this week! Been fighting a nasty cold and my son got his tonsils out on Tuesday so it's been quite a stressful week. This is usually the time I would go off the rails and convince myself that to lessen my stress I should just eat what I want, but I didn't! Yay. Both Bob and I have found that eating anything after 8PM leads to weight gain so we've been encouraging each other (gently) to stick to the plan. Instead I will have a large glass of ice water with a little flavoring and sometimes a wedge of lemon or orange. I realized that I can still enjoy eating and drinking and make it a "big production" and use it for relaxation -- and it doesn't necessarily have to be high calorie, high sugar, high carb goodies of death! As a matter of fact I feel physically and mentally so much better when it isn't!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
