started at 228, weighed in at 224.6 today, yes finally a lose,if I could go number 2, i'd feel better. Going to clean cars today, so that will be my exercise and sweat for the day. Going to be hot, need to drink lots of water. No coffee creamer sucks, hope I get used to coffee not being as sweet. Wish I liked it black, no sprite zero for me today, b/c I used 3 stevia packets today. Have a dull headache, hope this passes, suppose to once my body gets used to this.

Starting induction on Sept 3rd officially, using this time to get used to the new food and lifestyle, I will not fail at this, knowledge is POWER!
