Stay dedicated, count calories (i.e. a deficit of 500 calories per day), and go out and exercise more often (if possible), and you'll reach your goal in no time! Good luck! If you find the J U S T W A L K ! challenge too easy after a while, you can spice things up with the C25K program... just take it slow at first.
