Started with Nina 12st 6 lbs
Then down to 12:2 lbs
Now 12:5 lbs lost focus
- back on track (perhaps)
172.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
