124.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much Euheide!! I have been eating all kinds of bad food and binge-ing 5 days of the week just to test this diet to the limits. I have been experimenting with this diet. Today I was bad - I am supposed to "fast" (eat less than 500 calories every Monday and Wednesday. Today I saved it up so I could drink beer! It will be interesting to see what I weigh tomorrow. Weigh in is now going to always be Thursday AM because it follows my two fast days. It is totally worth it to suffer for two days knowing I can go crazy five days a week. Also and by the way, I sort of am careful on Tuesday - meaning I eat as much as I want but I try to include a ton of really good-for-you stuff. Of course, even on my feast days I include plenty of fruit and vegetables. I think part of the trick with this diet is you better make sure you get plenty of that good stuff when you are eating so it passes through the system. The reason this diet works is it fools the metabolism into thinking it needs to burn with the heavier eating then sneaks in the low cal days under the radar. You are minus at least 3500 calories a week without your body getting wise to what's going on. Well I might eat my words tomorrow AM but it has certainly not hurt me so far to eat like royalty 5 days a week!

ahahah, beer! :)) It's amazing that you can eat so much with this diet and still loose weight! :)Thank you very much for the info! I'm always suggesting your diet to my mother and I think I'm on the verge of convincing her. She's also trying to loose weight and still a very long way from achieving an ideal weight. It is excellent that you are eating fruits and vegetables. That alone makes this diet worth it. Heheh, we have already developed a sort of "immunity" to having a disappointing next day so, even if that happens, it won't be a problem in the long run ;) Enjoy!
