you are right! you deserve to live a happy life, and have fun with your friends and family. the only person stopping you, is you! lets do this! WE CAN DO THIS! it is not an unattainable goal. life is meant to be enjoyed, and we are going to enjoy it, damnit! your health is all you've got in this life, and it's time we put that high on the priority list. also, setting examples for our kids is the best gift we can give them. we dont want them to go through the same trials and tribulations we have, all for food! so c'mon girl, lets pick ourselves up by the bootstraps and do it! GOOD LUCK TO YOU! i'll be excited to watch your numbers go down, down, down!
