I did bad last night for dinner. I have school almost all day on Thursdays, and I don't usually get back home until 10pm. The lateness of the hour when I get home usually means I eat a meal bar for dinner driving and maybe a snack when I get home. Well, I did that but when I got home I had one of my worst temptations. Pizza Hut pizza waiting on the counter. -sigh- I wanted it and so, I had it. Oh well, at least it wasn't a gain for the day, but I didn't lose anything either.


154.6 lb Lost so far: 51.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't beat yourself up! I've heard that that can be good for your diet, if you fudge it a bit. It sends your metabolism up because it has been used to you sticking to a very firm diet. No worries girl! Can you believe just how well you are doing? If you are like me, you went from eating what ever you wanted, whenever to having pizza after, like what, a month of eating great?! You deserve it!
