My back is better today, maybe because it was in the 70s today. I had an allergic reaction to something, I think it might be the codeine I'm taking so I stopped it. I'll try it again in a week or two or if I really need it a long while in the future and if I get the same reaction I'll just have to stop taking it. The other day I couldn't sit up unless I took it. Exercising seems like it is a thing that is going to be a ways off for now. I wish I lived somewhere warmer, and winter is on its way here. I did a sneak peek and my weight was really low this morning and I'm hoping it stays the same for Sunday morning's weigh in. I'm going to try to get my photo up at Christmas or whenever I get to my sister's house as I have an older computer and no camera and my twin sister and her husband know how to do that stuff, so you'll see how thin I am. :)

If you have a gym nearby with water arobics, I highly recommend it. I know people who had back problems who would just go walk laps at the pool. It is great exercise and easy on the joints. Can't wait to see your face! In my mind's eye you'll always be a red apple, though. LOL!

I didn't think of joining a gym just for the pool, but that is a very good idea - even if I can't use the exercise equipment right now. The red apple has to go - when I don't know - whenever I get to my sister's house. I have dark brown hair and eyebrows and brown eyes and am tall and may put a photo on from the waist up... :)

A lot of times when you join they will have personal trainers and if you tell them about your back they will give you exercises specifically for your needs. Some gyms include a personal training session as part of the sign-up cost.
