I had a good day today in terms of food. I had sauteed vegetables and brown rice for dinner, and I am finding that really fills me up. I have noticed for years that "healthy" people eat a lot of brown rice, and I am a convert - it's filling and much more nutritionally dense than white rice. I am also loving veggie burgers - this is my "go to" lunch food. I am eating a lot of vegetables and fruit, and I came in under my RDI today, which I am so glad about. Now I just have to face tomorrow - a celebration at work which means chips and queso, which I absolutely CANNOT eat. I'm telling myself that now and I'm sticking to it.
