Thursday, October 8 - 11:27 am.,

It's almost weigh in time, the week has been pretty good. I am still having a tough time on the weekends - I weigh in on Saturday morning and it seems my mind thinks I can eat whatever over the weekend, but alas it does not work that way because it shows at the scale. I have been losing consistantly, but on the weekends I stick to plan - I lose big - I need to keep that in the back of my mind.
