Husband and I met up with James in Lexington and Cincy this past weekend. I managed to get a short bike ride in, and there was a ton of walking once we got to Cincy. Back to the grindstone this week!
156.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
