As of midnight last night, i am going to refocus on myself,to lose this last 5-10 lbs , i can do it! I have come so far down around 52lbs, now i am in the 120's I have not been here in over 21 years!But i need to move more and excerise more, and just contitune to watch and chart what i eat!
