What a beautiful weekend here on the coast of New England! SO BEAUTIFUL!

I got to enjoy the sands of the beach, some fun times w/ the kids, a few laughs w/ some lady friends at church and a lazy afternoon on the back porch w/ hubby!

Did some walking... nothing extreme, just getting back into the swing.

Kept true to all areas food related. Kept up w/ my water.

Feeling good going into a new week.

Hope you are all well. Did you make it thru the weekend and stay on track!! Hope so, it makes facing the Monday Morning Scale that much easier :)

Very healthy lifestyle ... enjoying the NOW! Interesting that you get on the scale Monday morning. I get on it on Friday morning in the BD suit.

Getting on the scale on Monday AM's helps keep me accountable. I usually weigh in again during the week at least once, then again by Fri or Sat AM. It really helps keep me focused and motivated to keep on truckin'!!!
