Day 19-
So apparently my scale was moved. 1st time I weighed ½ lb more than yesterday, 2nd time I weighed it was ½ lb less. So today since I haven't had any significant loss in the last few days, I’m going to do an apple day.
This was a bad day to choose the apple day. I’m starving…not just hungry. This is the 1st day I’ve had hunger (besides the 1st couple days which are normal). I hope this works. This is the 1st day I've actually contemplated cheating on the diet and even quitting. I always do this to myself though so I have to suck it up, stay busy & stay focused.

Day 20-
2 lb loss  I was hoping for more after only eating 3 apples yesterday but it’s a loss and I will gladly take it!!

Just by looking at your food calendar, you should eat more, and eat healthy atleast every 2-3 hours. I eat 6-7 times a day, and have dropped 30 lbs, and went from 22% to 8.5% body fat in the last 5 months. A healthy weight loss goal is 1-2 lbs a week.

So true! Making sure you hit your target calories for the day by 7-8pm will help with "late night snacking". Hunger is a powerful thing. Stave it off by EATING :) This is my second time around this mess and it's funny that I am amazed how hard it is to get the calories in when I am eating healthier. I can have a pizza or 1200 fiber bars or a 55 gallon drum of air popped corn. LOL It will also keep that metabolism cooking. If you are exercising at all that will only make you hungrier so it you aren't hitting that target your body is going to be starving. I've never been addicted to crack but I bet it is similar to wanting a bowl of Peanut Butter Captain Crunch at 10pm cuz I didn't eat all day. Kinda kills the old weight loss mojo too. :) Best of luck.
