I am becoming obsessed with what I eat and checking my weight, I cant wait until this feeling passing and eating healthy and better becomes more natural and normal. Does this feeling ever pass or do I have to get to my ideal weight first. I heard that women are alway obsessed when it comes to weight loss. I never worried about my weight or the food I ate before, I was happy, now because of health reasons I have to worry and think about losing it.

Hi, It is very easy to become obsessed with what we eat but stay strong it will get easier and better, the feeling you get when clothes start fitting better is incredible.
