Back down, yippee! I don't mind gaining or losing point something but when it's s pound or more up, I always freak out. .. well, all that matters is that I'm on the downward trend again.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's ALL about the trend. If you read my journals you know how much I fluctuate. It's ridiculous! Still, keep an eye on the trend and you'll know whether you're good or not. It's all about averages. :)
