Fell off the wagon..at 186 again...back on the wagan as of this morning. Ran 0.32 miles today...nearly died....gonna run it again tomorrow!!
186.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
