Okay seriously, I've been horrible with my diet. I have been so stressed at work that when I come home I eat everything in sight. I really need to stop doing that!! Food IS NOT going to fix my problems, it's just going to make things worse.

103.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe going for a walk instead? I know after work that's the last thing I'd want to do, but maybe a quick one will clear your head.

After stuffing my face full of crap I've felt so guilty that I've been jogging afterwards... Then stuffing my face even more. :/ But I took your advice and walked as soon as I got home, with my doggie of course. :) And I only ate a couple of Chick-O-Sticks after dinner, so I was good comparatively. Thanks for the advice!

I'm glad it worked!! I love walking with my dog, I always feel so weird if I walk and she's not with me.
