Well, I'm getting to the point I get with every other diet I've ever been on. Weight loss tapers off, sometimes a couple of ounces gained but mostly stagnate...and sad...and discouraged. I'm doing everything I'm supposed to and it was so encouraging because I was losing every day. I feel like crying. Lord I hope this isn't like every other time I've tried to lose weight. How the heck do anorexics do it? I bet if I stopped eating altogether I'd still weigh the same.

Maybe try getting closer to the 500 calorie mark with more protein? When I started a stall my doctor kinda ripped into me for not being at 500 because your body needs it. Also, what's your fluid intake like? You should be peeing about 5000 times a day because that's what's flushing the fat outta that fab body of yours!!! Don't be discouraged, hang in there. We're all right here to cheer you on!

I was basically the same weight for 12 days,with minor ups and downs in between. Now I'm headed down again. It will happen. I just went back to the basic diet plan, which I had strayed from and cut out ALMOST all artificial sweeteners. I had gotten sloppy about following the diet and substituting foods, which I thought were basically the same. NOT! Hang in there! I was seriously considering quitting and going on my own diet, but glad I didn't. You will be, too. You're doing great!
