Started running last night. I am committed to running daily to get ready for the Churchill on August 17. I have been really bad these last couple of weeks. Not exercising and even binge eating on occasion. I'm disgusted with it all. I did not allow myself to make excuses to not run last night and as usual, felt fantastic after my run. Looking forward to tonight.
