I have been trying to get 25 grams of fiber daily. It's so hard! But i have done it. I want to get to 170 so badly. I hope I make it by like next Sunday. That's realistic I think. I'm not working out like I probably should cause of work and school, but I'm staying under 1300 calories consistently.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
