Need to start diet again. I have tried herbal life( lost weight, but put it all back on again and more when stopped). Just been doing slim fast but haven't lost anything.
I have got a fitbit flex so hoping to increase my steps. I'm a member of the gym but don't get time to go so might start walking locally instead and cancel gym.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
