Its Monday yaya! Well, a lot of people wouldn't be so excited about Monday but I'm as its my first day for INSANITY training. I'm excited, nervous and really looking forward for some serious results. There are couple of things that I need to keep in mind before I start; I need a body cleansing schedule which I'll follow for 3 days. Currently I'm a bit unwell and my tummy is upset. Still I won't let it ruin my excitement for my journey to weight loss. Body Cleansing Schedule: 06:30- lemon honey water 07:00- 2 bananas 10:00- 1 Apple or any fruit 11:00- Kellogg K milk and 1 banana 14:00- curd based drink or salad 16:00- Muesli and milk 19:30- daliya This is the body cleansing schedule that I've prepared. I know its nothing like what they say in health videos or articles. I made this for myself as I know my body better than anyone else.
