Foodlady's Journal, 14 October 2010

I had to re-group last night. My thinking is that I was going off the deep end! I am so sore from working out...Not working out the three days per week that I started out doing a couple of weeks ago, but 6-7 days per week, and killing myself in the process :-( Ever since I started my workout routine, I have been mega hyper active, starving and binge eating! So last night I took the night off. My fear is that I'm getting too obsessed, and that I'll burn out and quit. I really do want to get to my goal, and don't think it's too much to ask to get there by the end of February, 2011. 24 pounds, that's all I have left! 24 pathetic pounds! I'm down almost 50 Lbs.

It's all about balance. Muscles need time to rest. I can get like that too, but it's okay to take a day off when you need to rest.
