Good morning and Happy Friday! My first Fat Fast day went well. I am so proud of my self for making a plan and sticking with it. I really didn't suffer hunger too much. Was hungry for lunch at 11:00 as usual (don't eat until 12:00) and was very hungry at 4:00 which is unusual but got off work at 5:00 and went home for an early dinner. Had a dessert/snack around 7:30. I should have waited until later as I was hungry at before bed. But I also was guzzling water like no tomorrow so my grumbly tummy may have been sloshing tummy instead. Had a great nights sleep and ready for day two. I prepped my food last night and actually remembered to bring it with me this morning :).

Also, DH got off work at 10:30 pm and brought home McD's for himself. Offered some to me and I gracefully declined. SO PROUD!!!! Actually kind looked gross so that helped.

And now to start my Friday. Happy day everyone.

Minou-For breakfast I had coffee with heavy whipping cream and coconut oil and macadamia nuts, For lunch I will have 2 halves of deviled eggs with extra mayo/sausage bites/celery and water, for Dinner I will have tuna fish with extra mayo and celery, for snack I will have cream cheese, and for dessert I will have cream cheeses/almond butter with celery. 5 meals at 200 cals each totaling 1000 cals/day, fat at 90%, as low NC as possible. This is only for a very short time to force me into Ketosis. I have been ketosis resistant lately due to my yo-yoing. I will do this for 3 days to get me on tract then I will start to add more protein and veggies back up to induction levels. At least this way, I will really look forward to my salads again! :)

Congratulations. On looking at your diet calendar you kept the sodium low too and considering you were going for high fat this could have been awkward - congrats! Well worked out and adhered to :-)
