Been increasing high fiber/high nutrient to calorie food intake over the past three weeks. Maybe 60 to 70% of my intake being in the high fiber and high nutrient category. I have lowered dairy intake and meat portions as well.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
