Hello. I'm a 28 year old female in the national guard, and a flagger for the coos county roads dept. I'm trying to lose weight and keep it off for good. I regained some weight after having the Depo shot in 2010. I was at my heaviest at 250 lbs as a freshman in high school and then shrunk down to a 129 lbs after two and a half years of barely eating and exercise. I'm still fairly active, more so now that as a Flagger you are constantly on your feet and moving.
Today's meal was three hard boiled eggs, a can of tuna (in water), and two to three Tablespoons of ranch dressing (Marie's brand) for Breakfast.
Lunch was a sugar free vanilla Muscle Milk and a baked chicken thigh.
Dinner was two small squares of pork roast (7 oz approx., 1g carbs, 26g protein) and four turkey meatballs ( 6.6g carbs, 16g protein) and sugar free Ketchup (1g carb)
To drink I've had one diet red bull, 1 cups of the calorie count down 2% milk mixed with sugar free chai tea latte concentrate, and two cups of unsweetened chocolate almond milk. I drink from a jug of water with 0 calorie flavor added.
