After maintaining for two straight weeks it was nice to see that number go down. Half way through the 30 lbs by 30. I'm wearing pants that I haven't worn in about 2 years and it's a great feeling. For those of you that are frustrated and want to give up just keep going. I have days like these too. You just have to keep your eye on the end result and do the best you can.
