what a rubbish week food wise. I've managed to get my workouts in but i've been finding it hard to put my usual level of energy into them. I've just felt really hungry this week and know i've gone a bit mad and eaten anything and everything. I'm just going to view this as a bit of a detour on my weight loss journey, bumps are going to happen along the way but i just need to get back to it the next day and try my best each day.
