Here we go, time to begin healthy eating again. I am still a very long way from meeting the goal weight of 64kg.

The goal is to eat three healthy meals a day, with fruit and vegie snacks, and limit treats to one item eg one glass of wine, or three squares of chocolate or a scoop of icecream or a serve of custard. I will leave the treat for after dinner.

Hoping to have reached goal weight by the end of September.

154.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
