For me I need to lose the weight. I have been on a yo-yo diet for the past 5 years and it is time to stop.
I have been married for 14 years, and have three wonderful kids. On the 20th I came home to find out my husband has packed up and left me and the kids to move in with a woman he has been having and affair with for the past 3 years.
He claims it is because I did not take care of myself and he couldn't watch me go down hill. SO now this is a required thing for me. I have to do this and I think with the support one needs I will be able to succeed.
