I am not going to get down on my self bc I have to take in to consideration that I still (cycle) every 28 days, and I think it was from the bloat of this.. I will hopefully find some weight loss next wk when I weigh :)
253.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can always tell when I am about to start because my weight jumps up! Just try to keep on top of all you work and you should balance out in seven to ten days :-)
