Feeling really crappy. Stinky cold. I don't have much of an appetite so I guess that's why I lost a couple of pounds. Will probably put them back on when I feel better.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
