Starting a new schedule where i workout 45 mins (mostly cardio!!!!) right after work. After all, 24 hour fitness is right behind my job why not take advantage? Just packed my clothes for tomorrow got to forget about the failures of today and start fresh and keep my eyes on the prize!!! Next summer shall be a new stepping stone for me.
