Had a crazy and fun Birthday weekend, which included indulgences such as good food and lots of drinks, but also a lot of dancing so I hope it all evened itself out for the most part! I'm still trying to look up and fill out the food and exercise diaries for those days lol. But after two nights of vigorous dancing and a long walk on the beach in the middle of the night, I almost couldn't sit and stand from my thighs being so sore! I guess that means I got a really good work out, and had lots of fun doing it! I just have to ease off the celebratory/free meals and treats I have been getting all week and tighten up the belt a bit! I was still at the same weight Saturday morning so hopefully tomorrow or the next day I'll weigh myself and see how things are looking.
I was happy that my knee was feeling okay again but I guess that over the weekend all the activities and dancing in heels for the first time caused me to mess it up again :( So I'll have to wait again to work out or do something low impact. Or maybe just do some exercises focused on my upperbody/arms since they are all flabby and I REALLY am afraid of having bad super saggy/deflated "batwings" when all this is done with, since they're already like that pretty badly!
