I only have 50 days until I have to sit on a plane cross country. I'm maintaining my little loss but not moving forward/downward. I'm going to start my fat fast tomorrow. I'm going to try for 3 days but not be too hard on myself. I've never done one so not sure how I will feel. I did a lot of yard work this weekend so got some muscles moving. Definitely can feel it in the back of my thighs.

Not giving up! Never giving up!

I'll keep you informed on how my fat fast goes.

Good luck on your trip and on your fast. I used to love to do yardwork - it definitely counts as exercise.
