I lost 100 pounds using Atkins about 20 years ago, and kept most of the weight off until the last 3 years. A job change, marriage difficulties, and financial stress have helped add back about 60 of the 100 that I lost. Yesterday was my Daughter's 13th birthday, and I realized how much this extra weight is slowing me down. No more!
