FAAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!! Decided to see if I could lower my RDI and somehow it had been calculated based on maintaining my current weight!!!! Only been doing NOTHING for the past week....I knew something was wrong! Ugh!! It was wrong by about 600 calories!!! Hopefully I won't be starving all day tomorrow now that I've got the right guide to go by. Ugh!!!!!

Hi there! I appreciate your frustration. I have also tried to change my RDI not that long ago and it seems hard to do, I don't think I was able to do it...I ended up just calculating it myself and still use the meal and exercise journal to keep me on the straight and narrow, but it sure would be nice to be able to get around this site with a bit more ease. I wish they had an IT person. Anyways, I still wish you good success!

well when i changed my RDI yes they can calulate it for you but there is a text box below where you can type any RDI you want and save that number as you new target RDI
