July29 - at 8:00 AM I went to Senior Center for my workout for 55 minutes - Did treadmill for 25 minutes and burned 75 calories
Did stepper for 20 minutes and and then did another machine for 10 minutes .
207.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
