For the last two weeks I have been loosing weight on the scale. I've actually workouted more than ever. When you spend 2000, 3000 and even 4000 calories on single bike rides, it's gonna show. I watch what I eat also.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
