Today wasn't as sad as today. But I haven't done much. I did my laundry ~ one load. I put away a sink of dishes and started the dishwasher. I made dinner for myself and my daughter. Mostly, I just sat and watched TV or played on the computer. My body just aches so badly ~ my back, my legs, my hips especially. I didn't sleep well last night. I had nightmares about my daughter. I'm so ready to start feeling better ~ in every way.

aw, Pammy, I'm sorry :( I have fibromyalgia, spondylosis, 6 herneated discs and some other stuff,,,,,,,anyway, that's not important,,,I just wanted to say I totally understand,,,,,some days are just like that,,,,,,have you tried yoga? that really helps my aching,,,,,,,there are tons of beginner yoga videos on you-tube! Hugs! Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you Commaholly! I empathize with you about the herniated discs .. I had surgery for that a couple of years ago ~ it got to the point where I couldn't even move anymore. I still have nerve damage from that. Thank you for the kind words. I'll look into those videos!

I have permanent nerve damage too! Try the yoga,,,,it's easy, fun and it really helps a lot of people :) just youtube "gentle yoga" (we don't want you throwing your ankles around your neck just yet LOL!)
