I call my diet the math diet. Put out more calories than you take in. So far I am putting out 1500 to 2000 more than I am eating, and I am eating very carefully. Lots of excercise and activity. I rarely watch tv. I am down 10 lbs since I began, and 20 lbs since this point last year.
