Okay, I've been eating the same thing pretty much every day. Skim Milk wisth Special K for breakfast, wheat thins reduced fat and yoplait light yogurt for lunch and chicken salad for dinner. Why did I gain 1.2 lbs since yesterday when I have hardly eaten anything?!?!?! This doesn't make sense

It's called water weight fluctuations. Our bodies are made up of 60% water so many things can effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. It could be too much sodium, hormones, exercise, stress, lack of sleep, medications, etc.
